Is it bad to have premarital sex if the only obstacle keeping you from marriage is money?

I am 18 years old and I have been with my boyfriend for 4 consecutive years! I am positive that I will marry him but we just don't have money to get married and our parents want us to get married through a church! Money is our only obstacle that is keeping us from marriage! Is it really bad to have premarital sex in this situation?
