What are the consequenses in Illinois for an 18 year old having sex with a 16 year old?
They have been in a relationship together for 1 year and 5 months, (17 months.)
They have never broken up.
What happens if, somehow, the police found out or the school suspected that this couple has sex? What would the consequences be? Thank you!
He is going to be a senior in high school. The parents will not press charges. Can there be a problem if the parents do not press charges?

once he graduates it can become rape if the parents press charges and he can spend time in jail
